Administration of NPIP includes mission-centric work and the continual development of: pool and program structure, growth initiatives and strategy, governance model, state and community presence, member engagement, partnerships, and compliance. In 2015, she worked to change state legislation for NPIP to operate as it does today. Sarah received her Associate in Accounting from Big Bend Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of New Mexico. Sarah has her Washington State P&C license and is working on obtaining her AINS and Certified Program’s Leader Designation. In her time away from the office, Sarah enjoys the Pacific Northwest outdoors with her family via camping, hiking, and fishing. Otherwise, she’s a frequent movie-goer and enjoys the opportunity to put paint to canvas.
