Stewarding Reputation Risk
Reputation is arguably the most important asset for a nonprofit organization. Public perception of a nonprofit’s credibility can quickly sink or elevate an organization’s ability to accomplish its mission and to gain public support for sustainability of operations. In a culture permeated by nonprofit scandals, a multitude of polarizing issues, and fake news, it is critical for an organization to take proactive and reactive steps to preserve and opportunistically enhance its reputation.
